Decisions about the future

I was thinking about what I should write, but I didn't have much time till 9. I saw the future plans are popular topics know. Yes the time arrived to decide what we want to learn in the future. A year ago I would like to be chamical engineer. Recently I have a total different plan. My ideal job will be the sound engineer. Lot's of people don't understand why, but I have some simple reasons. I love the music, I'm interested in new technologies, I learn lots of real subjects and I want to learn to play more musical insruments. However it's not a highly-paid job, but one thing is certain I will enjoy doing it.
Ok time out. :D
Our school

It is a general topic, but I would like to write down some not general, sincere sentence. I have been spending my half life here, and it should be thanked, but I have some problem. Firstly the 8 grade grammar school is not the best scheme. It's can be boring, because we would like to meet new people. Secondly we don't have enough freedom, so it's not possible to learn that what we like. We learn everything, but we know nothing. Finally I feel hypocrisy here. (képmutatás) It is a christian school and we tend to forget: we are simple people. But despite this fact, here is a good atmosphere and I have kind classmates and teachers.
Sorry for my pessimism, but would be boring to write only good things.

Around Hungary

Last few days we were chatting about travelling with my friends. Because we wanted tor un away from school during a hard and boring day. We planned a car-tour around the country with a Wolksvagen T3, because it’s enough big for 6 girls.

It’d be exciting to set off with a map and some things and visit all interesting places. There are breathtaking mountains and rivers, so we would travel around all of them. For example Mount Pilis, Bakony, Mátra, Zemplén or Hills of Dunántúl. Of course we wouldn’t skip Alföld, which is a really important agricultural and historical plane of Hungary. On the way home, we must stop at Lake Balaton, and visit North-Balaton National Park, which also lies in a wonderful land. I nearly forget to mention the famous horse-breeding centres (in Bábolna, Mezőhegyes, Hortobágy) these are also couldn’t be missed.

In our country are many beautiful places which we don’t know about. In my opinion it’s such an exciting thing to go around and discover them.

Fish concert

On 25.nov. we celebrated one of my best friends 18th birthday. We went to a concert: A fish, Insane and Grenma concert. I was very exciting because Fish is one of my favourite band and i like Grenma too. The concert started at 9, but we got there at 8. We waited at the forefront when we saw senior hal.(the lead singer of Fish) I got butterflies in my stomach! We went next to him and we started to have a conversation! We asked him to said (at stage during a concert ) to our girlfriend a happy brithday. ( he did it ! ) Suddenly, he said he took a picture of us, and we are gonna be in the music video if we want. Of course we wanted, so he took a pic. But after that he had to go to got ready for the show. The concert was amazing. We jumped and sang and had a really really good time.! I'll never forget it! A few weeks later a new video clip came out from the Fish. This clip is full with their fans. And we are in it too! The title of this song is fish! - ez a dal and we are at about 2.29-30 :DDD

Walt Disney films

This afternoon I watched Lion King. Again. I really love that film. One of my favourite
The Lion King
is a 1994 American animated musical-adventure film produced by Walt Disney. - if somebody didn't know. But I think everybody knows this wonderful story. In my opinion, tales are very important. They teach us lot of things when we are young, but they are entertainer too when we are older. I'm 18, but I still like these old Walt Disney tales. My favourites are The Lion King, Hercules, Beauty and the Beast... etc but the truth is that I like all of them. I think that the singers voice are amazing, especially the hungarians'. I like those songs very much. I think when i'll be 80 years old, i'll like these as much as today. :)

Ribbon Ceremony

2011. dec. 09. we have our Ribbon Ceremony at school. This is a kind of ball, where the school-leavers get their ribbon from their teachers. This ribbon symbolize that we are mature and that we will graduate soon. We sang a song first, a hungarian song from LGT : Elfelejtett szó.We also make a video montage about our 8 (or 12) years at this school. Then our headteacher told a speach. It was touching. In the end we performed a dance. girls worn a beautiful white dress, boys a suit. We had a very good time there. After the formal ceremony, we went to a pub, where we chatted and had fun.

Avril Lavigne

I have to write something, because i want a good mark. :D So, i'm going to write about my favourite singer: Avril Lavigne.
I like her since 2006, because I think she has a really good and nice voice and good humour. She is famous since 2000. In 2002 she's released her first CD : Let Go, in 2004 the second : Under my skin, in 2007 her third : The best damn thing and in 2011 the last : Goodbye lullaby. My favourite is Under my skin.
She's acting in films too , for example: in The Flock or in Fastfood Nation.
She design clothes. This is Abbey Dawn.
Her husband was Deryck Whimbley (sum 41), but they were dicorced. Now she's going out with Brody Jenner.
I liked her most in 2003-2004, because she was a rocker..but unfortunately now she's a pop "queen". :/

New Year's Eve

The 31th of December 2011 was a very busy day for me. I got up early in the morning to get to the "New Year's Eve's Bazaar" in time. It's a tradition for me that I buy a fancy wig. I found a cool rasta one so I was done with it. Unfortunately my sister only woke up when I arrived at home, so she brought up why don't we go back to the bazaar... So I went there again. Well, it was fun but a bit frustrating beeeing there again. She found herself a nice long blonde hair so we were done at last. We did the houseworks and in the evening some of our friends arrived. We really had a good time. Card games, champaigne, interactive playing, the delicious meal... what else would I wish for? The party lasted until 4 am then unfortunately the had to go home. The parents were all tired... I can't understand that, it's them who usually say: "Go to bed, son! It's late, you're gonna be tired". Yeah, they're right, not to sleep enough makes you tired, but who should go to bed early now!? But never mind, I really enjoyed the night and I'm looking forward to the next one. :)

What can a sport mean

It's a common thing to ask someone about his/her hobbies/free time activities. Alongside reading and watching films karate plays a very important role in my life. I think every people should do some sports, it keeps you in good condition and guarantees a healthy life (well, in the competitors' case, it's a bit more colmplicated). If I tell someone I do karate, they usually associate to some Bruce Lee or jackie Chan film, with all that fancy technics, but in real life it's a bit different. Of course we learn useful technics to defend ourself but that's not all. Oh and as my classmate pointed to the fact, against an attacker with a gun I doesn't stand a chance. However it can help you remain calm in weird situations. Also it does have a spiritual part. You can think of it as stupid religional stupidity or as we, karatekas see, it's a ceremony where you can show your respect to the founder of karate and the other masters and where you can seek inner peace. Alongside with the Winnetou books, karate had a great effect on my attitude and on my value system and in a positive way.

Plans

Soon, in a month we have to hand in the application forms for the universities. So it’s time to decide what we want to do and study in the near future

As far as I’m concerned I know for a long time past that I’d like to care with people and children, especially to improve them. There are many to improve an ill children, for example by the help of music and moving or there is a special which is hippotherapy. Ezutóbbi happens with animals, especially horses. Therapeutic horseback riding is about teaching riding skills to people with disabilities. Therapeutic riding is benefical for children and adults who present with any of cognitive, physical or emotional conditions.
So it’d be good to do things like these. But first of all, I’ll go to physiotherapy, in Budapest, because these specialists are essential in every hospitals and even some schools which cares with handicappeds. After that I’ll try to learn more about hippotherapy, massages, and other kinds of therapies.

I hope tha everyone ’ll find the best way for him or herself, and do well on schoolleaving exams.

Film: The Colt

This Sunday we have seen a film with my friend. He also loves horses so we choosed one with a title: The Colt. It had a tremendous effect for me.

The film takes during the American Cilvil War. A patrol of horseback soliders are fighting in the forests when Jim's (the young hero of the film) horse has given birth to a colt. The superior officer orders Jum to shoot the foal because it may become a burden, but Jim couldn't kill that cute earthling. Despite the fact that it caused many difficulties, the little foal was going with them in the fights ( on his second day of life). Once, the foal run away because of the voice of guns and Jim had to save him, so they lost the group for days.

I think everyone can imagine that situation, when that men had bloody fights in deep forests for months and see their close mates losing their lives. This little foal symbolised the hope, that led the men through that many bitterness.

At the end Jim has been shooted, while saving the foal out of the river. So it has a depressing end. It spite of this, I really like it, because it’s about deep solidarity, and the power of a little animal.

Dance

I decided to write about one of my favourite free-time activity, which is dance. When I was 4 years old, my parents took me my first dancing lesson and since that moment I’ve become the lovers of that amazing sport. However, I think dance is more than just a sport. It is not only about steps and movements, but it is also about feelings and characteristics. While you are dancing you can show your deepest emotions, like your desires and fears. Moreover, on the stage you can be whatever you want and experience an extraordinary sensation of freedom. As for me, it is the perfect way to express myself and get rid of negative feelings and thoughts. Nevertheless, it is taught to me to be persistent, hardworking and submissive.

Places I'd visit

There are some places that I'd really like to visit in my lifetime.
One of them is the visitor's center of NASA. I was always facinated by the whole shuttle program, all the accomplishments of it. It is a real shame that it have ended...
Another thing I'd really like to see is an aurora so either the arctic or the antarcit region. If I could choose I'd say Antarctica because it is the southest point of earth...
I'd also like to see the Hoover Dam, I think that is one of the most useful and longest working creation of modern mankind. Plus the sight is awesome.
The last on my current list is I think New Zealand. It is a beautiful country with lots of awesome sights.

Global heating

It's a very very owerworked, but so important topic nowadays. There is a big ball: the Earth. It's more than 4,5 billion years old. It's had and having many animal spieces, plants and materials. It has a huge miracle, the life.
And it's got a great problem as well: the developed, clever humanity. We truly use our ball. We use all of it's values, what are included in this great present from the begining. We don't think about the recycling.
We pollute the air, waste contaminations and we don't think enough about the consequence. The danger will be so actual very soon. Many people will die due to ruinous storms, and floods. Our planet will be a huge litter bin. And the leader politics and influential people face with it like a child in the cinema eating pop corn. There aren't any factual decisions and resolutions. This way we will destroy ourselves very soon..

Ambitions in life

Yesterday's top news was that, Lionel Messi won the Fifa Gold Ball. That was his third one. He also won 3 times the european Champions League with FC Barcelona and many other awards. He is the very best soccer player in the world. He is rich. He is successful. He is healthy and young. What makes him motivated? How could he find a reason to develop his skills? How could he be concentrated and up-to-date everyday?
I could mention any other very rich musician, actress, businessman, recognized politician or even another sportman.
If all the things arround you are ok, it's hard to find an ambition. It's a basic human property. You don't need any explanation for it, but you can step over. It's crucial to make yourself motivated. You must find an ambition, what you are working for, and getting up everyday. Anyway, this thing decides that you become a homeless, or get the success...

Winter holiday

Almost all the people go to holiday in the summer. That's great, but there's one more season, what provides you so much unforgettable experiences. This is the winter...
If you like it, you've got limitless facilities to have a nice journey. You can do a sporty holiday, or simple just travel somewhere, and feel the beauty of the nature sorrounded by a few snowy peaks.

I prefer the sporty one. I love the snow and the wintersports as well. In winter, I often go skiing with my friends or with my family. I love the feeling, when you're just sitting on the chair lift, breathing the fresh air and travelling through the forest. It's amazing.
On the other hand, you can feel fun when you're sliding down on the track.

All in all, i suggest everybody to try any wintersport, such as alpine skiing, cross country, ice skating, ice hockey and enjoy it ;)

Weather

I think that the wearther here is abnormal at best. Everyday it is about 5-6 C. A few weeks ago when I checked the thermometer it said that it was 12 C. I know that a lot of people are happy that it is not below -10, and I wouldn't like that very mutch either but at least it should be around 0 C. With that temperature I would be completely satisfied.
Some people might say that this is a warm winter and the next one will be colder but the last few was pretty warm too so I think that this is a pretty clear (and unscientific) sign of the global warming. All I'm tryingto say here is that everyone should at least notice of these things because that is the first step of doing against it.

My Christmas present

As a Christmas present, I had asked my parents to go for a play in the Theatre of Thalia, in Budapest. We watched the play called Ördöglakat, which English title is Sleuth. This is an exciting crime story written by Anthony Shaffer in 1970 and it already has got two film adaptations. The plot is about a writer of detective books, Andrew Wyke who invites the mistress of his ex-wife, Milo Tindle to his castle to Wiltshire in order to offer a great deal for the young man. Tindle accepts it and an interesting ’game’ begins to emerge between the two men, in which the audience never know what things are just a part of the game or what things are happening for real. However, it is not a usual play because there are only a few characters, but they are so changeable and they also show various reactions of the human nature. In my opinion it is worth to see it, because the famous Hungarian actors János Gálvölgyi and Sándor Nagy are fantastic in their roles and their performance really deserves attention.

Christmas

My winter holiday was fine. It came at the best time, because I was really exhausted on the last days before the holiday. I knew that, it was the last occasion to the relaxation before the final exam. Before Christmas I was a bit nervous, because I had to buy some presents, but fortunatelly I could buy small trifles to everybody. On Christmas Eve I played in a nativity performance in the church, I was an old wise shepherd. I really enjoyed it, and during the performance my father decorated the tree. I celebrated the Christmas with my family and my cousin. I was delighted because everything was very calm, the dinner was delicious, and I got nice presents, such as a new string for my cello. On the next day we went to my grandparents to Mosonmagyaróvár.
I think it was the best chritmas, what I have ever had.
