Things I always forget
Some other things that I forget are all sorts of dates. These can be anniversaries, appointments and historical dates.
I think that the funniest is when I forget that we have written a test and/or if the teacher had already corrected it, so it is always a surprise for me.

My future plans
I am going to work in the Wakeboard park again. I really enjoy working there. I make a lot of friends and i can get to know some interesting people.
In the end of the summer, there will be the best week for me. Sziget festival will be organised in Budapest. There are great performers in every year. I always get to know loads of awesome bands and singers. And of course, I meet new people. You know, you can find people from the other side of the world there. This is my favourite thing. I keen on meeting youngsters from different countries. It is so interesting. After the festival, we always keep in touch with each other, so next year we are able to meet again.
But my future plans contain not only festivals. I would like to go to University of Vienna. The uni starts at 1 October. I don't speak in german well, but it doesn't matter, because I will learn in hungarian. But of course, I am going to learn german there. I will stay in the student hostel. It's gonna be fun. I really want to work there. We will see...I hope all my plans will be succeed, and next year i can start an exciting life in abroad.

Plans
I'm looking forward to autumn holiday because I'm going to England. My brother studies in London, so I'm visiting him. Unfortunately he just rarely can go home, so we can't meet very often. I really miss him, that's why I'm glad to visit him. I'm already so excited because we will organise as many programs as we could, and explore the wonderful capital city of England. I'm sure we gonna have fantastic time together and I'm coming back with so much experiences.
Future plans
I was asked a few times „What are your plans for the future?”. I couldn’t give a proper answer, and I still can’t. I don’t exactly know what I wanna do, but I have some ideas. First of all, I’m gonna need a big castle and… no, I was just joking. Well, of course I’m gonna work the only thing I need to find out that what will be that. What is almost sure is that I’m gonna work in a chemical field. Something like Chemist Engineer. I don’t have a clear scheme. In the other hand, I really like teaching. Both in the school and about karate or anything. So I was thinking about becoming a university teacher. Then I will have the opportunity to teach and to research too. But teaching in a high school is more direct and personal and I prefer teaching that way. I think the 9th-12th grade is the more „teachable” so I would teach there, but it’s only an idea. It will evolve and become certain… in time.

Family Member
I like all members of my family, but I especially like my grandfather. I think he is my favorite member, because I admire him. Firstly, because he is a 78-year-old gentle man, he is quite young in spirit, and he is very clever. I like playing chess with him, but unfortunately, I just won on one occasion, when he didn't find, and he couldn't wear, his glasses. Secondly, he works a lot because he was a gardener and he has been doing it at home. He always sells his plants and flowers, and he gives the money (what he has earned) to my family. We always take his advice and personally I believe that my family wouldn't be sound without him.
My favourite family member
I have a big family, so it is quite difficult to choose my favourite of them. I think my favourite is one of my 11 cousins, the youngest: Zsófi. She is 6 years old, and she just started the school this September. She really like it. But she has advantages against her classmates, because she could read and count before school too.
She has got straight short fair hair, big brown eyes, small snub nose and round face. She is very cheerful, she is smiling all the time. She always makes me happy. She is also friendly, sociable and she always doing something, she can't sit in one place longer than 5 minutes. Her bad qualities that she is sometimes impatient and stubborn.
When she was younger, I used to look after her a couple of times, while her parents had other things to do. We went to her favourite places: to the park, play ground or the zoo. She likes animals very much, when she grows up, she wants to be a vet. But a few months ago she wanted to be a princess, so I think she will change her mind again.
She likes singing too. She has fantastic voice. She even won a singing-competition last year. She also likes reading, dancing, skating...
I like being with Zsófi, because when I'm with her I forget my problems. I'm feel like a kid again and it is very good. I love her so much, and I hope that she will has this happy personality when she will be an adult. :)

My favourite family member
When she was about 30 years old, she met her husband, who is german. So, when they got married, they moved to Germany and since then, they living happily together. They travel a lot and they are living in a fabulous house. Her life is like a fairytale to me.
Also my aunt has a really good figure. She's not too tall, but slim. She's younger than she looks. She has shoulder-length, curly, dark blond hair, small and snub nose, round face, big and hazel eyes. She hasn't got any children.
When she visit our family, she always talk with me about everything and usually gives me some useful advice. She is really relaxed, that's why I love her so much. Also she's caring, cheerful, flexible, humorous, kind, reliable and self-confident. These are the traits, why I respect her. She often wears trendy and designer clothes. She's so cool. :]

A special member of my family
It’s a difficult thing for me to choose a favourite relative. I like all members of my family, everyone is peculiar and lovely.
Probably my uncle, Joci is the most garish and crazy, he is a real ’globetrotter’. He started as a Maths teacher in Győr. Soon, in his early twenties, impulsed by a sudden idea, he decided to leave Hungary and try to live somewhere else. Joci choosed London, and worked there as a nurse in an elder’s home. Since then he was a driver on a dump truck in Dublin, a pizza man in Malaga, a businessman in Morocco, in German. These are just some of the things I know about his changes. The sudden decision he made in former times seems to be rewarding. He speaks many languages and have many experiences. Lots of companies want him to stay and work for them, but he still want to go ahead and try new things. Nowadays he works in Brussels for a company which produces candies and chocolate.
When we meet him (at best once in two years), we always do nothing else, just laugh at his stories. As an other good thing, I have 3 cousins (as I know) in 3 different corners of Europe.

My favourite song
I have a favourite band, it's called Bon Jovi. I love almost all of their singles, but i have to choose one to my 'Billboard'. My decision is Keep the faith. It's a considerably popular song, mainly in the USA. However, it had its greatest success in the early '90s. Listening to this song makes me determined, and it's got an emphatic lyric as well.
Secondly, I name the Smooth Criminal of Michael Jackson. I like the music of the 'king of pop' and i was so stunned when i heard in the news about his death.
The third one is a song of 'Kispál és a borz'. It was an exceptionally successful and famous band in Hungary. Unfortunately they had broken up last year. I've chosen the 'Szőkített nő'. It could be interpretted as an irony of a social stratification. Anyway, it's got funny lyric, and i like it. :)
All in all, i think these are my favourites now, but the musician culture is increasing.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE MUSIC?
I think it depends on a lot of circumstances as our mood changes, so our taste of music does. For instance, when I'm grumpy and sad, I enjoy listening to slowly relaxing songs, but when I'm happy and energetic I prefer the funky and rhythmic music. On the other hand, I also like listening to songs from famous musicals, such as Grease, Phantom of the Opera, Footloose, Hair etc.
I thought a lot about which music I could pick out. Finally I decided to choose from Ronan Keating, a tune called When you say nothing at all. There are several reasons, why I opt for this song. Its rhythm is not too slow, but not too fast while it also has great lyrics and what's more, this is the theme song of one of my favourite film, Notting Hill. It has become closer to my heart after I visited the place where the film was shot in London. Moreover, there is a chance, that we will dance to this song at 'Szalagavató' so it's another reason, why I love it so much.

Music is very important for us. It is a dazzling miracle in our life. It can show that we feel happy or depressed, but we could always find the best one for our mood... Therefore I think, that we can't talk about just one favourite song. Every mood has its own songs.
If I don't feel myself very well, I prefer slow songs, with emotions such as: Bon Jovi-In these arms, Bryan Adams, Celine Dion or Demi Lovato-Skyscraper. The last my new favourite song, next to the others. I like it, because it has a beautiful and true lyrics, but this is not a song like 'I die in a moment', but a song about that we shouldn't give up. It give strenght to the persistence.
Fortunately, I don't have bad mood all the time, so I usually listen happier songs too, such as: Gringo Star-Télen-nyáron, Szabadulj Fel; Bon Jovi-Summertime, Natasha Bendingfield-Pocketful of sunshine. In this 'group' my favourite song is Gringo Star-Szabadulj fel. I like this song, because it has a very lovely lyrics, with good tun. This song is mean for me the freedom. When I've listening it, I believed that I don't have obstacle, and it makes me feel happy. I always smiling, when I heard it. :)
Favourite song
Sarah gave us rights to write posts here so our writings are going to come directly from us, yay. Btw first!
Well my favourite song is from Breaking Benjamin, it's called Dear Agony. I like it very mutch because it is full of emotions and the tune perfectly fits the lyrics. The two thing together makes the song sort of epic. Although the song is about agony it sort of makes me happy and sad at the same time, and it's really strange belive me.
You should listen to it (there are tons of videos on Youtube) and post your thoughts here.
Cheers: Zsolt

Talking to the World
By Dini:
"Telling something to the whole world. Huh. It's not very easy. One thing is certain, I will speak about the problems of the world, for example, global warming and wars. The next thing will be God. It is a great opportunity, to share Him with the world world. I will say, 'He loves you, and if you believe in Him, you can find happiness.'
However, I think I won't be able to say anything. I will have a fever and after 290 seconds, I will only say, 'Thank you, I love you.'"
By Tamás:
"If I could talk to the world and everybody would understand me, I would say this:
Hello everyone, the whole human race, all people living on this planet (or orbiting around), please pay attention. Firstly, stop fighting. Wars never change, people die, the poor get poorer, and you can't expect to be able to convince somebody with violence. War is not about what's right, only who's left. Second, climate change is now something that we cannot close our eyes to. We must act as soon as possible, for example, support researching alternative energy sources. The rich countries should help the developing ones. We should ensure equal rights to everyone no matter where he/she lives; they have the same rights to live, learn, practice their religion. We don't need confrontation. The only way of saving our planet from ourselves is the way we can all work together for a better future for the next generation."
By Zsolt:
"Hello everyone from around the world. I'm going to tell you a few things, hopefully you will get the reason behind it all and make the world better.
First of all, forget about whether you are an Asian, African, European, etc. because it's only good for conflicts. You are all human beings and not mindless animals. If we would all forget the racial differences, this world would be much better.
Secondly, a few words about religions. I'm not saying that it's a bad thing if you believe in god(s) but it is pointless to hate each other for it. Think about the suffering in the Middle Ages. All those crusades because some guy said, 'We need to liberate the holy city,' it's pointless.
Thirdly, politics. Think of the Cold War. What happened there? The U.S. and Soviet leaders hated each other. Pointless. If you want good leaders go for the smart people, not for the charismatic.
And last, science. Scientists are always right! They never say things unless they are absolutely sure about it, and if they aren't, they will tell you that. If you all would trust them, this world would be much better and highly advanced. Our lives would be much easier with advanced equipment,.
In conclusion, we shouldn't think of nations. We have to think as a race and we need to care for our future."
Favorites...
My Favorite Place in Győr
By Adam
"One of my favorite places in Győr is Püspök Forest. Though in the summer I call it the mosquito forest, it is a nice place for bicycling, running, and work-outs. I can't tell you how many times we went to the forest with my father. There, on a never ending road we rode our bicycles, stopping at a few places and resting. We had fun enjoying the mosquitoes, talking about life, and looking at nature.
I remember once we went on a mini field trip there with our class. We played hide and seek and king of the hill. We ate fried chicken and enjoyed the feeling that there were only TWO more weeks of school left.
All together, Püspök Forest is a good place for family fun, not far from there, there is even a swimming area! I believe everybody needs time to relax, and enjoy nature. In Győr this opportunity is far from impossible."
A Memory from a Class Trip
By Dorisz
"In May I went to Rome with my Catholic classmates. Our flight was delayed 2 hours, but we had a great time at the airport in Bratislava as well. Finally, we arrived in Rome at 9:30. The flight was fantastic. It was my first experience, but I hope not the last. We all slept in one big room. It was freaky. We had 5 wonderful days in Rome. We saw a lot of things, for example, Trevi fountain, lots of churches, and of course the Colosseum, which is my favorite building.
We ate loads and loads of ice cream, pasta, and pizza. The transport was ridiculous. We couldn't believe our eyes when we saw how they drive.
The Italian people are very friendly, helpful, nice, and really elegant. I'm fond of their language. It is catchy, I guess.
I hope I can go back as soon as possible. One day I will live there, I know. I fell in love with Italy."

School Memories
This blog post focuses on special events and memories involving school activities and trips.
Zsolt writes,
"One of the most recent events in our school was Sport Day. It was the best one in 3 or 4 years. Unlike these previous Sport Days, when we had to do something outside in June, this year we were in a tennis center. Everyone could change what he/she wanted to do. There was archery, tennis, squash, football, ping-pong, aerobics, and boxing too. I spent most of my time at the archery sessions because that's my favorite hobby. About half of the day was over when our history teacher tried out boxing. He was quite good at it, although he got a few hits. By the time he finished, half of the students were watching him. That was the most fun part of it, and we will remember it for a long time." (In the picture, you can see the history teacher - on the right - boxing with one of the students as the boxing instructor looks on.)
Virág writes about another activity,
